Thread: Looking for a couple good trackers

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a couple trackers the first one will be for eBooks and the second will be for music.



For the eBook tracker I was looking for something with a good selection all around including kids books and preferably the iStoryTime books since I will be getting the touchpad when they do their limited re-release of it. I have heard of a few good ones but I'm not really sure whats on all the trackers so I'm hoping some members might be willing to help with the selection I'm looking for.

For the music tracker I'm looking for something with a decent selection with lossy or lossless encoding but as long as its 320kbps I don't really care to much since i will end up converting a lot of it to MP3 from lossless anyway. I'm also not looking for an elitest community like I know some of them are. I really only know of the few main ones like What and Waffles and I hear they can be hard to seed on even with seedbox. (my connection is only 1mb/s up but my pc is a seedwhore ). Any other suggestions on music trackers will be helpful.

Music: Rutracker, most of their lossless are from What and Waffles.

Lossless World is a FLAC only tracker that is extremely easy to survive on with a seed box, however there selection may not be large enough, just depends on what genres you are after. Also CoExist is a good place for music. They are ratio free so no need for a seed box.

Not sure about kid books, however myanonmouse is a good place for juvenile books as well as others. I'd say for kids a general tracker would be your best shot, as most elearning sites are geared towards learning be it medical, science, computers etc.

I can't say for certain, however the iStoryTimes might be found on DDL sites. I've checked a couple of general trackers for these but didn't get any results.
