Default Where to get pc games that work?

Does anyone know any good places to get good pc games that actually work and install correctly? I have downloaded games from TPB, IPtorrents, demon, and a few other places but they never work correctly. I just really want any new first person shooter games. The closest I got to a working download was for "Fallout". I thought everything went great but now the game freezes during gameplay all the time and I cant play it anymore. I thought games would be one of the more popular torrents..

If you really want games, I highly recommend bitgamer. Their new golden torrents feature works like a charm and is reliable.

However, I'll also be mellow me and ask you to get a rapidshare or a usenet account since those work better generally for games as you have to keep downloading tweaks every now and then.

maybe i'm missing something, and please correct me if i'm wrong,
but most of the major games are scene released and scene cracked, so
it doesn't matter where you get them from, they are the same files and the same cracks.and obviously they work the same, fine or not.
so imo kind of a moot point seeking for a tracker where pc games work better.

I've rarely had problems with games from TPB or IPTorrents. Make sure you read the comments, as if it's a common problem, others would likely have also said so and there might be a solution present.

Yea I always read the comments, their usually is always some kind of bug or error that needs a patch or some kind of fix lol...but most of the time it doesnt work out for me...and sometimes its just way too complicated and not worth all the work, ya know what i mean?

Most of the time there is something wrong with the torrent and it needs some kind of "fix". Maybe other sites (probably private ones) offer more thorough and effective help on how to get around the errors and get the game working. Where I have been getting my games from, the help they offer, usually doesn't help many people. What is a scene release?

Sounds good, I am trying to get an invite for BG, thanks. I also hear a lot about black-cats, but I cant find their website, are they still around? I dont really understand what you mean by me being better off with rapishare, do you mean instead of using for ex. utorrent to download the game?

well scene is like the creators and the source of most torrents.
all this group names that you see at the end of the torrent (for example heroes.s03e19.dvdrip.xvid-LOL, LOL is the group that made the capture, encoded it, prepared it and gave to irc channels usually, and from there it got to torrent trackers and then to our pc) so all these names, LOL, reloaded, xor, vitality, skidrow, pukka, razor1911, and many many many more, all these, are groups or scene groups and all together they form the SCENE. And of course most of the times (but not always) is better to find a release that is scene ripped, but i'm not gonna analyze why now, maybe in some other post. anyway bye to all

I agreee always read the .nfo file . will usually tell you everything you need to install the game properly. I download xp games from demonoid and piratebay all the time with no problems. But lately been using bitgamer great site.
