I prefer private trackers but in some cases when there's something not as common I can sometimes find it somewhere that isn't private.
Privates as they have better speeds almost no viruses and no crap ..public ones bcause they are sometimes more content rich
but overall private trackers
private trackers, they have less crap and higher speeds.
Private for the speeds and security
I use both. Favorites include:
Isohunt - Public
Demonoid - Semi-private
What.cd - Private
As you can see, there are awesome sites in all THREE types.
