Thread: Free vs private trackers

I can't believe I'm saying this but "privates rule", lol. They cater to your tastes, and it's easier to find what you're looking for.

I'm more of a fan of the private trackers as I haven't had as many issues with them, but I have seen some good torrents on the public ones aswell.

I would prefer private trackers, because, there are a lot of seeds and you can get high speed. On public trackers, after the download, people don't seed anymore.

I like privates much more, no viruses, trojans, passwords, etc.

I prefer private trackers as well. Speeds better, quality (usually) better, and generally a better and 'tight' community.

After using both I'm a bigger fan of private sites. I can almost always find what I want at a decent speed. I still go back to the public trackers sometimes though just because I like not having to worry about my ratio all the time! Also, the community in good private trackers is unbeatable.

I'm obsessive about sound quality and need my whole library in FLAC and that's the only reliable source.
