no there are not, there are a few trackers without ratio keep up so you dont have to worry bout freeleech

IPT does free leech at times, but I doubt that are any trackers that offer free leech at all times.

Ahh. I think the Original Poster wanted to find some ratio free trackers. I think you can try GFT. I heard that they are really good. Furthermore, they are a ratio less trackers. Meaning all year round, freeleech!
GFT is a very hard to get tracker,PTN too.And their admins say that if they found that you are a trader,you will loose all your accounts on other sites too.I am not a trader and not at any of this I would say good trackers,but I hear only good things about them.Hope they give out more invites,so we can all enjoy their ratio free system.Oooo i forgott FTN,but that's only a dream.About tracker with a lots of freeleech content-Torrentbits is the place.
