Thread: Do you like scene releases ??? IF YES/NO Why?

guyz do like scene release ?? i like them most...i mostly download scene release what about u?

No, just only because i don't care about speed but quality, so i often chose famous internal team to download and store in my HDD.

I definitely like scene releases because of the compact sizes of the 720p or 1080p without all the dts and mux. If after watching the movie I end up really liking the movie that much then I'll hunt for the better encodes.

I do like scene releases only for their speed, but usually replace them with better quality that comes out afterwards.

I usually go for the scene releases unless there is a more popular release available. But usually the scene releases quality is pretty good, specially 720p HD releases.

I hate scene releases when they are split in many archives. It's a pain in the ass to transfer those from a seedbox. Quality is an issue, too. When I come to think about it, I don't think there are any lossless scene releases as far as music is concerned.

The file being split in many rars is a rule for every release the scene makes, except music, and they do pre some lossless, most sites don't race it though, you would be more likely to find that at usenet, if you search for "lossless" at orlydb you will find them.

I like it for the speed, pre-released stuff and games, even the p2p TV releases are becoming competitive. There is also much content i can only find at the scene, since the p2p is mostly encoding popular and new movies mostly.

i rarely ever download scene. quality > time for me. I can wait to watch the better release

i download only those scene releses on which quality is ok...or above ok.
