when i log on to ti and read the bt news i just feel scared and worried that one day something bad could happen to me for my bt habbit. however it does not stop me from pursuing what i love nor does it stop the millions of bt users. what i dont understand is why if this is the most rapidly growing form of media transfer is why it is not worked out to be a legal way of obtaining media.
i say make all media free to download and have the isp's and hardware company's pay out to the entertainment industry. cable companys pay out to the entertainment industry right? they dont get their programming for free. so why is it that the isp's sit back and rake in billions and pay out to noone? this should be the new movement in entertainment. instead of blaming the pirates why not blame the flawed system? the reason bt users use bt is because we dont pay directly for our files right? but we pay for the internet and we pay for our hardware. why are the companys that provide these things not responsible for making sure that what is available online is compensated for to the media provider? i have not used cable tv in 5 years. i would way rather download what i want and play it back at my discretion. not wait for it to come on cable at a certain time and have to be available at that time. computers are in most homes now and more and more every day. internet is used for everything. this system does not work. we the pirates are here because we like our media easy and under our control. make it all free and legal and see how many people who dont own computers go out and buy one and sign up for web.
who is with me on this? and who sees problems with my theory? could it work?
