This was one of the thread created for ebooks. I know of e-learning but not for non-mainstream books. May be you can find this useful.

If anyone does want the livejournal communities, I can link them in a PM, but can't post here as we're trying to stay under the radar. Most of them are moderated and those who want to join have to have up-to-date journals and are in communities. People wanting to join must also contribute. I have found many books on these communities that aren't on the trackers or other sites I use.

I'm surprised that Bitme hasn't been mentioned. It's my favorite e-learning tracker. Thanks for pointing to the list castman.
I like the scanned books in Google but they can be annoying when a paragraph continues on a skipped page.
