But are they encodes, compressed into small 1 to 2 gig files. One episode of big bang theory 30 minutes would probably run about 2 gigs. So if it was in native 720p, and not re compressed the season would probably run 50gb.

Just because it says 720p, and 1080i does not mean its not overly compressed re-encoded into a small file.

I guess I will give it a shot anyway and take your guys word for it.

HDBits is probably the best tracker for this. They have like 20-30 HDTV Cappers and some of them are able to get backhaul feeds with ~30-40 Mbps bitrate of certain live events or shows.

You can also look on Usenet (alt.binaries.hdtv) if you can't get an HDBits account. TrollHD posts a lot of caps there and most of the HDBits uploads are also posted.

Well that files I mentioned are all encodes. Bad example.

Most likely there are shows from HDBits.org (CtrlHD, EbP etc. releases) at other trackers but that is another story.

I am a member of usenet group.

Hdbits.org is unfortunately the only place i have yet to get into, i have only been doing this for 2 months i count myself lucky i am in chdbits and waffles already, but I might be waiting a bit for hdbits.org although i know of some entry ways. If I get an invite is a different story.

When you say the hdbits.org release at other trackers could you specify?

I am a member of hd-torrents, hdme, bit-hdtv, but up until now i have not really looked into full quality tv shows, mainly just blu rays, but i have filled my collection thanks to a usenet group, they do have quite a bit hdbits stuff but i assume not everything.
