I would suggest.. yes, demonoid... IPTorrents, Leecher's Lair, or I Love Torrents.
Wow! all good choices above; But for newbies i propose a tracker that offers freeleech and bonus and not hard to get in eg; Bytecollectors, midnighttorrents, or badbits

Welsh032003, thanks for the suggestion of bytecollectors. It looks like a great tracking site. I couldn't get into demonoid because it was closed to new registrations.
I would suggest bitsoup as they have good content and no invite system so a noob has less to deal with.
Although i do agree with alot of the other posts.
funfile is easy to seed back, but don't HNR because they don't put up with it.
I'm happy with moviex.info. doesn't have everything but do have alot of thing. And it's only half private, easy to get in.
I think the purpose of this thread is to know what tracker would be better to start with and not the most easy to get in. So in this case i recommend SuperTorrents.
