Thread: So what do you do with your downloaded goodies after your done seeding it?

So this is not a literal question but I am just curious to how many people out their either
a) Horde all of their downloads
b) delete them after they use them



The main reason being is with HD content I can't see a TB HDD being too useful, and even for that matter if I had all my SD content in HD I would fill up aprox. 4TB or more if I d/l BR rips.

I personally have a want to horde and catalogue all of my films and television but don't think it would be an option unless I wanted to get a couple 2 TB (or even the new WD 3 TB) drives just for media!

never done seeding lol. i just buy a new harddrive. i think im up to like 8 or 9 drives, all 1.5tb or greater.

It depends of the stuff :P if the things are good then i keep them like movies.
But for example games I usually delete after completing them, because i nearly dont play any game twice :D so they are just waste of disk space.

meh, i keep the movies that i think i'll watch more than once and delete the rest. i keep all the music that i download and if its a game that i might play a year from now then ill keep those too (ie-diablo 2 or sins of a solar empire)

i seem to be stuck in this downloading HD and collecting now, even though i barely watch any movie more than once lol. Just love to collect and seed

I have a very short attention span so sometimes, I'll get an idea in my head to watch something and I'll download it and either A.) let it sit there until the urge comes to watch it again. or B.) Forget about it altogether. So I tend to collect, not only for that purpose, but I like to watch things more than once lol.

I usually delete movies after I watch them. I have 60mbit at my house, so I can obtain any well seeded HD copy of a movie in under 40 minutes usually.
I do however collect TV shows. I currently have about 45 shows, all in HD if available.
And music.. I have redundant backups of my music. I <3 the music!

I usually download movies. If I haven't got more space on my hdd, I transfer movies to my external hdd. So it's really rare that I delete movies from my hdd.

I'm glad to know i'm not alone :P coz I keep all what I download, I buy new HDD every 6 months or so and now I have more than 12TB of sorted data and growing xD
