Can any one suggest please....

From my own personal experiences, BakaBT is the best anime tracker. Here's the T-I review:

Good, but it does not have any of the series OP mentioned, nor licensed ones.
I prefer http://www.torrent-invites.com/track...ns-2011-a.html

Yea it does, in fact it has the anime and the manga from all of the listed series. I haven't been to animebyt.es so i can't really compare the two, but BakaBT has some of the nicest anime content that i've seen; especially if you don't just watch the super popular series. There layout is very nice, and they have a lot of HD anime.
It has bleach and naruto, when i signed up they weren't allowed to be uploaded there.
Since OP watches the 3 big shounens, i bet he likes popular stuff, so look here and you will see the giant blacklist Bakabt has: DO NOT UPLOAD - BakaBT Wiki
No Fullmetal, Claymore, Dragon ball...

There is no fullmetal, nor one piece, nor dragon ball, what they have are only some movies/manga or some artwork/soundtrack, but the series itself isn't there.

I haven't actually downloaded or viewed that much anime even though I like them. But I have used BakaBT and it has some nice high quality content. The good thing I found is that they would link up different versions of the same torrent together like higher/lower quality, with English audio or not etc. For someone like me with a relatively low bandwidth its a good thing so that I can try finding the optimal size/quality version.
They also seem to promote seeding of not so popular/seeded torrents so that they get enough sharing. Replacing torrents with better versions and such. Again my private tracker experience is very limited (thats why I'm here :D) so I can't compare it to others. It also helps that the registration is open.
Bakabt is a great tracker, it's semi-private.
Nyaa.eu is another really good tool, it's public.
Tokyotosho.info is another good one, it's pubic.
Rave-Anime.com is hands down the best site for HD/HQ Anime, it's a forum dedicated to high def anime.
Animebytes is by far the best private tracker for anime as Fractal says. Far, far better than BakaBT in so many ways.
If you want the anime first though, groups tend to release through their IRC channels first.
All you do is look up when a new release on Baka-Updates.com: All your Anime needs check the group IRC chan, connect to it. A lot of groups release through XDCC bots.
Not all groups have IRC chans, but this is usually where people get the stuff first: from the groups themselves. Then upload them elsewhere to other places like torrent trackers.
I've noticed a trend in groups also making torrents of their own releases simultaneously now though on sites like Nyaa.eu
The same applies for manga releases too, scanlated and raw manga is usually available through IRC first (especially the weekly manga releases since there was a crackdown on raw manga not long ago). You'll find it there first than on somewhere like Share (Japanese P2P application).
