You definitely should not do this. If you have two trackers (call them A and B) in your torrent file, and you upload 15 gb to tracker A, and 5 gb to tracker B, it will show that you have uploaded 20 gb to both trackers. Thus you get 40 gb of total upload for 20 gb of seeding. Many sites will auto-disable you because it thinks you are cheating. (In a sense, you are) You need to have separate entries in uTorrent for each tracker/torrent.
