Thread: What are the best new-ish trackers?

And by that I mean, most of the well respected trackers have been around several years, so which trackers are well respected and quite new?

I think BTN is a well respected tracker and its quite new, so any others out there? I see loads of new trackers start up (and some fail!)and obviously nobody knows if they will do well or not but there must be a few new good ones out there.

The Alphaomega is a new tracker, it's growing fast and it have very good pre-times , the only cons is the low number of seeders in some torrents.
But in general is a tracker to keep an eye on

Besides Alphaomega (and BTN) I can't see any other new private tracker worth it.
Yes Alphaomega don´t have crazy speeds like SCC or the number of members of TL, but it still a new tracker, and I think in a couple of years if the Administrators manage it well it will became a good ratioless tracker like GFT.

For now you are right Alphaomega it's only good for cross seeding purposes

I came in this thread to say AO would be one to watch out for, but I would have to agree with this for now. The way I see it, the site needs more active members. I've heard the owners of the site say a couple times that they do plan on being the best. To be honest, I like AO more than GFT. The only thing that GFT seems to be really good at is pre-times and a little exclusivity.

Why do you need AO when you have TL or IPT? I have to agree, for a new tracker, it's not that bad, it has a really nice layout and all, but for me it's just another brick in the wall.

I have to agree with you though on BTN being great, it's ratioless, it's got fast download speed and a great community. It's one of my most used trackers and it's way better than TvT.ro or even BitMeTv in my opinion.

Personally I think BTN is the only new tracker that deserves a lot of respect. I also like TheTorrents.org, its a good new tracker for classic, rare movies, and requests are often filled by staffers, too bad they had problems with database recently, al least this is too ratioless.
I think ratioless is the future of the new trackers.

Also there are trackers like FYT that have very small pretime because they dont have manny users yet.
