Yeah but like any private tracker, users leave, get weeded out, inactive accounts etc. They might let their numbers decline a bit and close all sign ups/invites but once user level gets below a certain amount then they'll be back open to the rarified that can get an invite.

397 free slots atm can take a very long time to be filled. sct isnt hdb where free slots have left fast

Well they'll never shut down for good because there will always be members who get pruned for not using it or other reasons...
