Well here is something annoying with torrentflux.. You cant seed 2 torrents with the same name but different trackers.

With my uTorrent client i can do that, but this stupid torrentflux wont allow having 2 torrent with the same name. So lets say i wanna seed COD 5 on TL and on RevoTT, i cant. I have to choose which one i want.. what a stupid client

Hmmm... I cross seed with TF b4rt all the time. I add a prefix to my torrent showing the tracker so I can keep track easily and it is no problem. I am cross seeding COD5 to 6 trackers right now!! Better get in there quick before I suck all those leecher dry!!

Hakeem's right. When i first started using TF, i thought the same, then i remembered Hakeem's Tutorial (have a look, the link is at the bottom of his sig, and when ya go there, dont forget to rep him, it's an excellent tut). I was doing that same torrent last night to 5-6 different trackers. When you first select to d/l the torrent as soon as you stop it in your client, got to where your metafiles are stored and add a prefix (for torrentleech i add tl in front, for scenelife i add scl, etc so you know which ones they're for). Do this one at a time otherwise you'll have a metafile for each tracker and you wont know which ones for which. Then just load them into your seedbox as normal. It's because all the metafiles are of the same name, so TF thinks that it's the same one.
