I'm also interested to know if there are dedicated trackers out there - just for comics as there are for e-books, music, movies etc. I've found demonoid to be decent, however.

Z-Cult, Cartoonchaos, myspleen.
whatcd & what also have many comics.
the easiest way is demonoid or public trackers, mininova, piratebay, etc.
