I get the same problem. Just give it a bit and everything should be back up.

Also there is an edit button so you don't have to triple post ;)

as ive already explained (on another thread) torrentleech
is undergoing massive DoS (Denial of Service)
attacks. which means someone is pinging their
server which is basically like reloading the site
100 times a second every second. They will take
care of it, they always do.

I doubt it. Trackers do have some respect towards each other.

One possibility - A few DDoS attacks some time ago have been linked to RIAA / MPAA via MediaDefender, but I think that the most likely situation is simply someone who got banned and wanted regvenge.
