Advice please - Where to start - Torrent Invites! Get your free private torrent tracker invites !

I am after some advice from the experts here, I am a member of a small private tracker that has served me well for a year however they are having some difficulties and have stopped uploading x264 files and movies.

I have held an amazing ratio with them @ 3.42 with 251Gb d/l and 874Gb u/l i have also donated to help pay for the servers etc but this hasnt stopped the problem i now face.... I cant get the TV shows I want in x264 format and movies in HD.

So now down to the real problem, I only have invites for this small tracker that most likely no-one will be interested in and therefore dont really have anything to trade. I am new here so i dont have itrader points or rep.

so does anyone have any suggestions of what i should do to gain respect or get invites to some private TV / Movie / High Def trackers?

There a lots of lower level tracker give aways here. If you have proofs, you can post them in any of the threads where people are giving them away. Some giveaways won't even require proofs. My advice is to aquire one of those easily gotten invites and spend a week buffering the account (might not hurt to shell out 10 or 15 bux for a seedbox to help do that). After that, you will have even better proofs to post, at which time aquireing a good TV tracker should be no problem. Additionally, if you take good care of your tracker, it never hurts to go back to the invidual who gave you the invite. PM them a link to your profile and show them you are a reputable person. With any luck, they may either have an invite to the tracker you are looking for, or will vouch for you to a friend to help you get it. In the couple years I've been torrenting, I've never been turned down for an invited by someone who invited me to a tracker (because I contributed to those trackers of course).

Scammers, cheaters etc. however lack the discipline and patience to pursure this route, which is why 90% of them are easy to weed out. Which will you be young padawan?

I wanted to rep to your posts more generally but it seems that you want TV trackers.

First, you won't be able to join x264, BMTV or HBITS withtout proofs/rep etc..

That's why you should join some smaller trackers when signups open (here) or when nothing is really asked or easy to provide (neither proofs nor speedtest) such as Demo, hd-bits.ro, TVTorrentz. Even IPT is quite easy to join. When you have these trackers, you can begin to give invites & to proove that you are a good sharer.

After some time, u'ill get into some very good trackers & u'll be able to receive/give great invites.

Just an advice: it's really hard to keep a good ratio on BMTV, you should focus on HDBits, TVTorrents if you are a TV fan.

Thank you for this information, just as a matter of interest the seed proof only needs to be a screenshot? or more?

Yep, but be sure to block out your username and at least the last digit of your ratio, upload, and download amounts. Unless of course your sending it to whoever invited you to a tracker and your trying to demonstrate to them your responsibility. Then, they probably know who you are anyway (provided the tracker allows invite tree viewing)

Also - make sure you use different usernames here and on the trackers. Some trackers are very particular about that. On the whole though you seem like a very responsible sharer - I'm sure that if you just hang around, ask nicely and show good proofs (which it seems you should have no problems doing) you'll be fine.
