Thread: Craigslist Free

I have often found tons of stuff I wanted being given away for free on craigslist. (in the free section)

I general I have found that If you ever need any kind of furniture. you can almost always get a free one that is in decent condition on there.

Haha I never thought to look for free stuff on CL. Good find!

It kind of depends on the city. The bigger cities have stuff all the time, people always moving and not wanting to take all their stuff. Not so much for the smaller cities. I check it all the time though, never know what you might find.

My housemates got two couches and a chinchilla for free from Craigslist. Awesome-sauce, I dare say =]

Another site worth mentioning is freecycle. Similar to the free section on cl, and everything is free. Have used it to get stuff and its an easy way to get rid of old furniture(If it's free, someone will take it!).

yeah CL is awesome, my sister found a piano for free one time! I was amazed.

That's stupid that no free stuff is coming to my place (LATVIA). :(
