Now these servers aren't much, but with 25GB storage and 1TB bandwidth it'll make a perfect smaller seedbox. The larger ones are damn fine seedboxes too!

Apparently everyone on webhostingtalk is bashing the website saying it's a scam, but a guy that I know has verified it and got his VPS almost instantly.

These are extremely low prices, I want to be sure if it's a scam or not before buying

That's kind of the purpose, however if you order the smallest one, you'll have to deactivate other useless features of Linux, such as MySQL, so it won't lag as much when setting it up.

It's a great find, and thanks for the verification but little to no companies charge annual without having a monthly option. I'm betting they're trying to sound legit, build up a huge customer base, and then pull the plug after 1 month with a ton of cash.

Even the Whois lookup supports my theory: Creation date: 26 Jul 2010 06:56:00

I also did some researched on their claimed office, and it's not owned by them, it's owned by BMC Software - Business Runs on IT BMC Software Inc. I have found no relationship between BMC Software Inc. And http://blazevps.com meaning none of their information is true, or exposed. The only thing that looks slight legit is the phone number. Their phone number is pointed to "Central Tennessee, including Nashville" while their office is in "Phoenix, AZ".

They have put their address as the data center through which they may, or may not be reselling. Not to mention this is such a slap together website, I can't find any professionalism behind it what so ever.

Sorry Tools, I don't mean to criticize your post. I am very suspicious of these guys especially since all the variables are in place to make a clean getaway with any money they get.

    Thanks for the research, Synth.

Sometimes things seem too good to be true. Likely that this is one of those times.

    It's most likely that they'll pull the plug after 2 - 3 months, but it's still 2 - 3 months with a 1Gbit/s and a little bandwidth, for just $10

There's other websites that rents out VPS'es for $10 such as fantasticalvps, but it hasn't got a 1Gbit connection, and it's monthly.

I say do as I and a lot of other people, buy a box and use it while it lasts.

Is this 1TB total, or 1TB per month? I'll probably go for this, but just abuse it as much as possible assuming it will be gone at any time.
