    I discovered Amazon price tracker, Amazon price history charts, price watches, and price drop alerts. | camelcamelcamel.com with this you can watch in a graphic the prices your desired article has had through the time, and it can mail (or tweet) you when it reach the price you want to pay for it in amazon.

    It has a firefox addon, if you visit something in the amazon just click in the camel in the right bottom line and the graphic of the prices appears below. Pretty useful



    Another I discovered was HotUKDeals - Deals, Discounts & Voucher Codes (it works for the us market too), you can see the BEST (the hottest, they had a termometer lol) bargain in the moment they appear (also limited bargains), when the other users see one of them they can upload and tell you to buy! (very user-friendly).

    Nice. But does anyone know where to get free online coupons for Amazon purchases (books)? I have searched a bit but did not find anything substantive. Someone told me he found some but did not say where online. If I find a good source I will post it here.

    I've been an Amazon user since they opened, and I don't think I've ever seen a coupon code for books. Amazon's books are pretty heavily discounted already, so I don't think they're eager to discount them anymore.

    Also, when Amazon has a promotion, they usually avoid codes; instead, they credit your account with some amount of money toward some particular item or category, most often as a result of you buying something else that's being promoted.

    So all in all, I think you might have a hard time finding coupon codes for Amazon. I recommend checking out their daily/weekly/monthly deals instead; you can find them in almost any department, usually in the top bar or left side bar of the department's home page.
