    How to integrate subtitle and how to merge 2CD movie with VirtualDubMod

    Fisrt sorry for my bad english

    Second we will integrate the subtitles on a 2cd release and then we will merge the two video files.


    We need :
    VirtualDubMod
    VirtualDubMod Hompage

    Vobsub 2.23
    Free-Codecs.com :: Download VobSub 2.23 : VobSub is a subtitle filter for Virtualdub and DirectShow

    Xvid codec
    Download the XviD Codec - XviD Movies
    OR
    Divx codec
    DivX – Play DivX, AVI & MKV videos on computers and devices | DivX.com


    Step 1 : Install Vobsub

    Step 2 : Integrate the subtitle on the .avi

    Do you know what exactly the difference is between VirtualDub and VirtualDub mod?

    The main difference from what I see is that VirtualDubMod supports mkv/mpeg2/ogg file types if you want to encode those. Also, with VirtualDubMod you can't direct copy audio streams if you're encoding.

    Side note: Keep this in mind: some of the filters/plugins for VirtualDub and VirtualDubMod do not work in the 64-bit versions if you're running a 64-bit OS. I've had no luck making them compatible like adding subtitles or adjusting the colors/etc.
