what a pain in the ass! but thanks for the guide for those so inclined to do so. as it is, i think i'm as much a fan of disabling the sub in vlc like the 2nd poster in this thread is. ;) lol
Yea... instead of going through so much trouble, just select the subtitle stream to OFF
Like it's been said, you can easily disable the subtitle stream with most of the media players available.
I find software like that very useful, but if the purpose is only removing subtitles it's unnecessary.
