I found that viewing the files in winrar then double clicking the video file will play them in MPC.

thanks for the info but i would rather unrar them and delete the rars or use vlc player
Thanks for the tut. I feel pretty dumb now...... :/
Same here, except with BS.player. I've been unraring all my movies and tvshows for years and years now. Boy did i feel stupid when i discovered that BS.Player had the ability to play rar files without unpacking. It even unpacks the subtitles for you automatically (sometimes, not always, might be because the subtitles are nor named the same as the movie *unsure*). In the event that the release doesn't come with subtitles, it downloads them for you. Great program :)

its a good step thats can save a good space in hard disk
Oh! That's good news! I always used to unrared them...
Just play the file straight out the rar directory. It will unpack it to a temp folder and then delete it once you close the media player.
MPC has me spoiled, I love the features it has with mouse/keybinds and searching for subtitles within the application.
What I've been doing for ever...
I totaly support you NorFiber
bsplayer can play videos without unrarig them , just open the .rar or .001 file and it works fine .
I used all the time to play anything is video or audio !
and the codes are very good
the subtitles are finded automatic by bs player in your own language
