    Default How to play .rar files without unzipping!!

    Thought i would make a quick short tutorial on playing .rar file types with VLC Media Player open source software.

    The easiest way to perform this is to open up VLC media player and drag and drop the first part of the .rar into the player!

    403 error on those images.

    Use Torrent Invites Image Dump instead

    I do this a great deal using Dzioba's media player, but I'd switch to VLC without skipping a beat. Please fix the images, it's not hard to upload them using the free uploader on this site :/

    Wait - VLC is already configured to do it? I thought the images would be screenshots of installing some plugin, or at least changing options. Nevermind :P

    u know u can just open up the .rar file and double click the video in the rar file. that one way to watch it without extracting it.

    I tired it with 1080p HD movie, not watchable - audio spluttered at times, video froze frequently. Unrar'ed the files and it ran perfectly.
    Not recommended for HD content.
