This is in reference to http://www.torrent-invites.com/resol...-flac-mp3.html
In this tutorial I will show you a step by step process how to convert .flac to .mp3
First you'll need dBpoweramp, for this tutorial I'll be using "dBpoweramp Music Converter: Registered Reference Release 14", you don't need to have the exact version I'm using as the interface is likely the same.
Once you've got dBpoweramp installed, first thing you want to do is check for updates and see if you've got the required codecs to convert from .flac to .mp3
Step 1
Step 2
Once that's done, its time to begin the converting processes now lets find that single/album .flac(s) so we can begin, close out of the "Configuration" and open up "dBpoweramp Music Converter"
Step 3
Step 4
Find the album/single .flac file(s) you want to convert to .mp3, once you've selected the file(s) click "Open"
Now this next step is personal preference and is up to you to choose how you want your .mp3 to turn out for me I chose to add CBR at 320kb/s, and slow encoding for high quality.
For the Output location, put it wherever you want for the "Dynamic" option also up to you I chose to use
[artist] - [album] [year]\[track] - [title]
Also be sure to check out the DSP Effects/Actions and choose to use "Multi-Core Force" only if your CPU has more than one cores, the more the better, you will have the option to choose how many cores you want to use.
Step 5
Step 6 (Converting)
Wait, grab yourself a cup o' joe
Step 7 (Enjoy the new format)
It'll be done before you know it!![]()
