Honestly I think everything looks good the way it is, however it wouldn't hurt to raise the low,mid,trusted to the top of area 51 in my opinion.
I agree with Enigma78. Also, what do you guys think about the 'Request' section being placed underneath 'Give Invites'?

No it is better now, i think users in general are more familiar with Help Desk.

I'm not competent for this question, but i will say that it is a good idea.
Other than that it is a great change.
I'm liking the new layout. Much easier to find the forum you need with a quick scroll.

Well its better to keep them seperated as it will make sense for new users. Think tank sounds more like a suggestion box rather than help.

No. Even in off-topic forums there are a lot of thing that shouldn't be released. Sometimes users discuss something about tracker between the posts which might later give them a problem if its visible.

They are fine where they are
