You should also make mention of how to exactly rep in a user. I remember when one would actually rep the users not simply thank them. I'll have to say oops to that on a few occasions. Thanks for clearing those incidents up for me, TG.
I've looked everywhere for that, but I must be missing it. Any chance on linking it?

Now we know Synth also jumped onto that ban wagon. This issue doesn't seem to be a rarity so I think it's something that should be addressed in red - clear as day - for all intro workers to see here.
