I don't understand what the customize profile is, i go there but don't know what it is really for.
Also can we change our avatar without notifying to change it or do you still have to do that?

The customize profile is for the look of your profile page.

wow this is great! loving my new avatar, its actually pretty funny because yesterday, i was all bummed out because i thought vip's get these big avatars and discovered i was wrong, but now they changed it.
