Thread: Intro Workers Take Note

Hi guys, especially those of you who work in Introductions

As mentioned before, we are working to increase our numbers. To that end, we need to be repping in more members, not less. An email has been sent to all former applicants, offering them a second chance. Please do not neg rep members if they have applied here before! A second intro is not grounds to neg rep or reject an intro. Please remember that this is an inclusive community, one that seeks to reach out to the entire torrenting community.

Also! Some of you are getting a bit hostile with the midgets while working in Intro. This is not the image we wish to project. Several decent potential members have left because they felt unwelcome. Please be warm and courteous in your replies to the midgets and make them feel like this could be their new home on the net. There is no reason to get nasty. I know sometimes it can get frustrating, so if, for whatever reason, you feel a midget is out of line then please forward their post on to a moderator. Let us deal with it. You guys just be your friendly welcoming selves and do your best to make sure everyone who wants to join gets their due chance.
