I think the game is completely in favour of Ethicks' Legion of D'Hara.
Some steps must be taken to ensure that the powerful villages get re-distributed among the three Nations, so as to ensure an exciting game, not one in which the Ethicks gang completely outclasses the other two.
Also new members should be automatically alloted to one Nation, and they should not have the choice of changing it.
Just my suggestion to make the game more exciting.

I was barely five minutes into the game got attacked thrice, and robbed blind.
LOL! It's a tough, merciless world out there isn't it?
P.S. - We need to have stats as to which players have destroyed the most troops. Like a top 20 most destructive players. So more chaos and plundering and looting ensues.

Redistributed, I don't think that's possible is it?
I would suggest that we prevent new additions to Ethicks for now because people are just joining the winning team which will spiral out of control pretty fast. I would like to point out though that Daves team is doing very well considering the lopsided number of players. In fact from what I can tell they will start to pull ahead within days if things keep going the way they have been.
No not really I just wanted to give them so hope!!!
I am ashamed to be on the same team as you nam3l3ss lol, especially since its dave and vegas against us. we need more players joining us if anything.
