Thread: New Secret Password for the Intro Section

Members, especially those of you who work in Intro -- Please take note that the secret password for Introductions has changed. It is now unique to each member. Midgets will no longer be able to find the password by reading other Intros. To find the secret password, you must read the Introduction Guide for Existing Members, which can be found in the accepted sub-forum of the Intro Section. Also note that only members 55% and above can see this forum, as they are the minimum class for repping anyway.



Please do not disclose publically the algorithm used to determine the secret password, as this will undermine the security of this site. We are attempting to ensure that all midgets read the rules thoroughly. Any discussion of this must take place privately. Violations of this will result in an infraction or worse!

Also important to note is that we will be accepting either password (the new algorithm, or the old phrase) for one week from today. Anyone repping in should not decline an intro if they use the old password. However, this is only for the next seven days. As of February 27th 2010, EST, we will completely phase in the new password.

Sure, Jenna. Otherwise it would be same thing as before. To keep door shut well and have a good reasons to come in is the only way to stay out of troubles. Thanks for taking time to improve that point.

Ummm.... Capt. Shanks, I think the reason she didn't publically announce the password algorithm here is because midgets and guests can see the announcement forum. You just gave everyone the password.

So does this take effect immediately or what? Meaning the existing introductions must change their password now?

Wow speak of the devil. The day i open a suggestion thread for this exact thing, the next day the staff implement it. Hummingbird was right. *Bang Head* One step ahead as usual TI! =)
