Just a reminder... if you are not voiced or half-opped in the IRC TI-Help Channel, you shouldn't be idling in there. If you wish to help out in the help channel, PM a staff member in the IRC and ask to be voiced. Additionally, TankGirl has asked me to remind you not to come into the channel and comment when IRC Helpers are working to resolve member complaints, as you may inadvertently undermine the Helper.
