wow the things trakcers will do to ban ppl. I have always wondered why they didnt just sign up on this site and get invites from ppl and then ban the whole invite tree? I guess perhaps then they might be banning the "good" t-i members who keep good ratios......

I use my laptop for T-I and desktop for trackers anyway. However, thanks for the heads up on this.

I just find it really sad that instead of trying to work things out with staff here or even having a site rep here and recruiting honest members they resort to underhand methods such as this as well as trying to recruit T-I members as spies... It's almost like they've turned it into a personal crusade and to be honest it makes them look as bad if not worse as the people thay are trying to avoid having in the tracker.

If they took the same amount of time to look around here they would see alot of good users who would donate to the trackers and would be an asset, not a liability and come to realise this site isn't as bad as their percieved conceptions of it. There's no trading here and cheaters can be found on any forum, not just this one.

What.cd, BCG and x264 are joined at the hip in the espionage game. Let that be known!

*Waves Hi to x264 staff and spies*
    hi my friends.

I could not read the time to change my settings, I was banned from x.264. it is a pity such good trackers use it to ban its members, like you said staffrodore it would be better if they knew how our community and how the high level of our friends. Our community is responsible, safe, competent and most important of all, we are honest. People who do not fit these requirements are banished from our community for sure. He just has to gain from our community because it does not compare with any other. I think they may be confused with another forum called torrents invites and making trade and commerce invites. It's always like that, because of a few, all are harmed.

I've changed my settings and thank you for letting us know about these bad decisions on trackers that have everything to gain and grow with our community.

Long life and success, T-I. :001_smile:

like with any firm or community when they get too large or too important they become arrogant and insolent.
i think they should remember that they're nothing else but a gateway to massive copyright violations so i wouldn't pound so much on the moral and etiquette front ...

You need to delete history of TI and your trackers, before or after installing HistoryBlock, as you like.
After adding the sites into blacklist, the history wont be ever kept again under your Mozilla.
You are free to visit any site u like.
Not really like i said if i check CSS History Hack Without JavaScript having HistoryBlock enabled it wont show hackers.org as visited, but if i open a new tab and visit hackers.org it will auto refresh in CSS History Hack Without JavaScript and it will show it as visited
As ethicks said one way to be 100% secure is to set layout.css.visited_links_enabled to false (for Firefox only)

I can also advice some useful addon for FF - Secure Login.
"Its main feature is similar to Opera's (the browser) Wand login".

    Code:
    some additional functionality:

    # Prevents malicious JavaScript code to automatically steal your login data.

    # Provides an option to protect your login data from all JavaScript code during login.

    # Websites requiring JavaScript for the login process can be added to an exception list.

    # Can prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks
to steal your passwords without having to deactivate JavaScript.

    # Helps to protect you from phishing.
