You shouldn't post just for the purpose for others to rep you. Just post what you believe, and what will be to the benefit to others and eventually your rep will increase.

Yes. Be a participating member, make stimulating posts that enhance the conversation, and give invites. People will rep you for it without you having to ask. Reputation is earned, not demanded. In time, your rep will increase fairly and naturally.

I am a bit confused..
If I want to give invite, but I stated, the precondition is you are mandatory to give me REP afterwards, is this allowed or not ?
