Not always the case. BTN did the same thing and they are still around strong as ever. As big as T-I is we are not the only source of new members for these trackers and they still got all their existing members who didn't get banned. They'll be fine.Originally Posted by FearfulCannon
As much as I didn't like what BTN did before and what SceneHD is doing now doesn't mean I'm going to stop using them. What most of us will take from this situation is to be a lot a more careful about our own security. If you go into your options you can delete certain cookies that will get you in trouble or if you don't feel like deleting those cookies every time you could always use a different browser to login to your trackers.

Yeah videogames, it is not always the case, and there are the exceptions. I was just saying usually it has been what I have seen happen; however, I am very new to torrenting so I really have no grounds to stand on when it comes to stating my opinion. :) As well I agree, if anything this should remind us to not be so liberal with our personal information and to perhaps also to what trackers we are members of.
Just wondering, did we ever find out why SceneHD flipped the switch on us? Was it a power-trip? or have they been getting members from us that have been causing abuse?
Doesnt make much difference to me.
Will continue to use it as usual.
I just dont want my inviter to get into trouble.

Who cares about SceneHD ?! Even if you will get banned, there is many much better HD trackers around than ScHD... Remember, If you want to watch movies in HD, go only for p2p's encodes and forget about scene shit :)

No, it was not due to our members being abusive. It was due to SceneHD wanting to change the terms of our recruitment deal which we were unwilling to do. That is all there was to it.
