Thread: Make a vote count Users at TI! Help section? Yes or No?

yes,lot of ppl not as smart as u think

Is it needed? Really? There's already enough rules posted about the place an enough nice people around to help others go on the right road to becoming a good member themselves. I honestly think this section is pointless.

Well i guess that with some tight moderation if the Topic could be kept on computer and torrent knowledge (which IMO for the most part it should be..the site being a torrent site and all..) then it would be beneficial, or have a Help Topic that went into to categories one for Computer/Torrent/Site Help and one for "Personal" help..

That way you could satisfy both types of people

well, i figured we can do several sections.

my ideas so far:

Torrent Invites.com help
Bittorent help
computer help
a misc help

if anyone else has any other ideas please post them. Try to think of subjects that people would want or need help for.

I'm all for it... nothing wrong with providing extra help for our users.

+1....to those who doesn't want a help section, well just don't go to that section...some members who may need help, will find this as a nice addition to the site...

i think we need it, we could discuss a lot of things there. I think our forum needs some expansion, more threads regarding that the number of users is growing day to day.

Funny, just earlier today on IRC I had some new kid asking me if there was a help section. It's def. a good idea. A lot of the peeps here are somewhat new to the scene and staff or an experienced member isnt around all the time.

I think that a help section would be very helpful to newcomers.
It would keep our forums a little bit cleaner and i would be glad to help out newcomers!
