Thread: Ads after the first post?

What do you guys think of that?



Would you mind having them there?

Further more would you guys click on them?

I use adblock plus, so I don't mind.

If done properly and discreet (no popups plz plz plz), its fine, i know the costs and i know people dont donate as much as they should. You provide a service to the torrenting community and people should give something back either some $$$ or some clicks with their broswer....

I think putting ads up is a good idea to make enough money to run the site so that people don't need to donate and money doesn't have to come from the administrator's pocket. I personally would probably not click on too many ads because I am running Firefox 3 with adblock plus.

I don't mind ads since a website also costs money to run. I prefer not but since I am not someone donating I can't expect a site like this to be ad free. I probably also won't click on them, but as long as they aren't pop-up ads I don't mind that much.
I don't notice them that much anyway. ^^

Most people said didnt mind and its only a test run to see how much they would make anyway.
