I hate to say it being new to the community but I don't think thats a bad idea. I think community is what is great about p2p and people that expect to get in this community need to give! (besides 10 is really nothing just enough to show you actually took a look at the site)
i agree, besides 10 is nothing, more post, more knowledge about the forum.

Yeah, do it but of course expect a greater amount of spamming and useless posts...

I say yes. It would be more secure that way.
This is only my second or third post I think, but raising the level seems to work fairly well on other sites I know of. Keeps the riff raff out. Although it may cause the mods to have to work a little harder with the folks posting a bunch of BS to get their count up. So yes I think its a good idea.
