1) Yes, it is okay if you don't bump your giveaways. We just reduced the time-limit from once per 48 hours to once per 24 hours. We're not requiring you to bump them :p
2) Yes, it is okay to use T-I image host to share your images on IRC.

New Rule Changes ? wait what .. let me check what's changed first :P ..

EDIT : oh okay .. now we can't use [img] tag in Signatures i guess that's fine but then doesn't that mean that we can't have a Proper signature image and something else written with it ? like many people have their Giveaways linked with an image .. atleast i am not one of them .. but oh well ..

DX, VIP and Exalted can have image signatures, you're allowed to put yours back lol.

Give this poor guy some time to get everything .. :( but i can't seem to work the image with [IMG] tag anymore in the signature with the thank yous i have for you and others who made my sig/avatars :p so in a way i am right i guess

- (BTW is it 150pixels in hight or width?) No worries. Found out :P

I also like the 24hour bumping rule, so now people might notice my GA, lol.
As for the rule about signature images. I didn't use one, so I don't have a problem with it ;)

The rules are really great JJ but I really miss the signature now XD
