okay guys, I still stuck with simplistic but I gave it more interest and put torrent software logos on it. Tell me what you think. =]
I think it should blend
You should just use some awesome font and ut it on a slight angle
the background should be the same colour so it blends

This would blend. It wasn't just a simple matter of same bg color though because of it being a gradient but yea, this will blend the bg.
p.s. I like the one with a bg more. =P

Hmm it's ok i guess, but the title is too small.
Try just putting the words "torrent invites" on a slight angle , with a font being a stamp sorta thing....

I think the grey needs to be a bit darker and the logos a bit bigger. I put the logos of my 3 all time favorite BT clients, utorrent, azureus and bitcomet.
