It's not usually this slow (I'm in China at pretty much peak time):

Interestingly enough nearby Taiwan gives me a better speed than within China. I wonder if China to China servers is slow for some reason?

(one more note: I ONLY use a proxy site with Demonoid because they blocked all traffic from China due to attacks!)
