TL don't have open signups ...
you can register if someone invite you.
Look around in 10% there are some TL invites...
You can also reqest an TL invite here http://www.torrent-invites.com/requests/
but you need to make a 33% progress first
= 25 posts + 5 reputation + 7 days = access to '33% Giveaways' in the 'Give Invites' section & you are allowed to make requests in the 'Request Invites' section
