Animebytes in my opinion is a great up and coming Anime/J-Muisc tracker site. They have a relatively low user base which is growing steadily day by day. I absolutely love this site for it's content, forums, and all around user friendliness.
JPopsuki in my opinion is without a doubt the place to go for those who love J-Music. They have a wide variety of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese musicians. I myself am a huge anime fan and thus have grown to love a lot of J-Music artists.
IPTorrents was one of my first general/ 0 day trackers and has remained a favorite thus far. They offer a numerous amount of freleech itemsa as well as up to date stuff on a wide variety of your needs be it tv shows, movies, or music. They offer a bonus system here but honestly with all the freeleech items it's not really needed as I find it to be very easy to get and keep a good ratio here.
PreToMe is the same to me as IPTorrents. However they do not offer a lot of freeleech. This does not matter though as it is very easy to keep a good ratio here. They offer a bonus system which is nice because they have some gambling games on here in which you can bet your bonus point and try to win more. Rather addicting I must say though.

Underground Gamer is a good source of retro games. I have been there for a couple of weeks now and have been impress thus far. I have been able to get some stuff I previously could not find anywhere. They have a unique "Spirit" system which is fun to achieve the ranks which is based on various types of participation. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves retro gaming.
Ok now that I have said what I think of each place here are my requirements.
I require 1 speedtest done when you apply for one of my invites.
I require 1 ratio proof done the T-I way (more may help your odds in getting an invite)
