I think i agree with you on the country being first, changed that.

And yes your right Romania is signup banned along with Israel. So people with accounts can still keep them.

you can also add that torrentbytes has banned indian users for bsnl isp.

I think it's a very good idea to make a table with a names of the countries which are banned from specific tracker... if somebody knows more about those kind of informations, feel free to state it because it helps T-I community...

when I was offering some invites I didn't care at all from what country the applicant comes but now I see that I should have been more careful because I could have been in trouble too...

as far as i know these are also banned.

saudi arabia on what.cd invites
Romania on waffles (partially)
Slovenia on SCC invites
Sri Lanka on SCC invites/accounts

Have updated the table with some bans, i know there is alot more of them so let it come in so we can keep the list up to date

I was wondering, I am from India, and for SCC you have listed BSNL IP, this made me thinking because I belong to a different ISP and I am still banned from SCC..., might be a few more ISP's are banned? Are you sure about this?
