Why would you need seedbox for IPT???
Although it is not very necessary to maintain a high ratio on IPT, a seedbox shows to me that the invitee is at least committed to keeping a good ratio, and at the least, more likely to abide by other general tracker rules in my opinion.
Requirements are at the sole discretion of the person sending the invite and the requirements set above are what I feel most comfortable with.
With that said, if you have a much better than average up-load speed on your home connection, show me a speed test and 3 good proofs and we can proceed from there.
The secondary reason I set such a requirement is that many cable connections that many have around this site has mediocre at best upload speeds, which can make it difficult to seed on even the most lax of private trackers.
I treat all of my tracker accounts and invites with the utmost discretion.
