Though you should know I used to have a TL account almost a year ago, but it got deactivated due to inactivity (long story short; had no access to my computer anymore). But anyway, I hope this won't lower my chances to get it :)
Oh and wanted to point one thing out;
Your requirements asks for your (m0vie) name in the url bar, but the rules clearly says
So I got a bit confused there but I followed your requirement anyway; tell me if I should edit it ;)Put your TI username and the date on which you apply in the URL bar of your browser.
