All of these are good trackers that I have been using for quite some time. IPT is one of the best general/scene trackers that isn't too exclusive, and JPopSuki and Animebyt.es are extremely helpful for those with related interests.

Requirements for all the trackers listed are merely one properly edited ratio proof with my username and the current date in the address bar, and one current speedtest, as well as a short statement (2-3 sentences is fine) as to why you are interested in the tracker you are requesting.

Sorry, my question was more that you were giving them out, which means that you had an account at one point in time. Why did you lose it? If it was inactivity, just promise that you will use it more frequently from here on.
