    1. 2 ratio proof with date in search bar
    2. 1 recent speedtest or seedbox proof

    Seedbox has no gui so cannot do speedtest.net.

    I need some more movies, I seed at least 10 days and at least 10 ratio. I give more than recieve and check my boxes daily to make sure no probs w seeds.

    It's the invitor's call, but you can indeed do a speed test.

    You'd go to speedtest.net from your home computer, not your seedbox. The purpose of the speed test is not necessarily to measure speed but demonstrate what country you live in. If speed is an issue, that would be trumped or covered by your seedbox proof.
